- Longer opioid-use-disorder treatment around childbirth is associated with fewer postpartum overdoses or deaths

Cohort study, 9,360 pregnancies. Longer medication coverage was associated with lower risk through one year postpartum; this was not randomized evidence. - Escitalopram and amitriptyline prolonged QTc, but trials detected no increase in early major cardiovascular events with antidepressants.
